Yes, I support the Fairness for Injured Patients Act (FIPA) to fix an unfair 50-year-old law and restore the rights of families, who deserve a just outcome when they or a family member is harmed by preventable medical negligence. That includes basic common-sense adjustments like removing the cap on quality-of-life damages in catastrophic cases and adjusting the cap for inflation on quality-of-life damages in other cases.
